Mitch Gruber

Mitch Gruber is the Chief of Partnerships and Strategy for Foodlink, the regional food bank of the Finger Lakes. He is also a member of the Rochester City Council. Mitch holds a PhD in history from the University of Rochester, where he researched the history of food retail in twentieth-century urban America. In his academic, political, and non-profit work, Mitch aims to foster the creation of equitable food systems because he believes that access to food should be treated as a public utility
