Eden Valley Growers
Operations Manager

E-mail David

David Walczak has been in the Produce Industry for 37 years. 22 of those years with a prominent WNY retail grocery chain as Produce Mgr. For 15 years, he has been with Eden Valley Growers. Eden Valley Growers, Inc. established in 1956, is a vegetable growing farm cooperative that recently celebrated its 65th anniversary. The farms and distribution facility are located approximately 20 miles south of Buffalo, in Eden, New York. The “Co-op” provides cooling, marketing, and distribution of the produce grown. From May 1st to December1st, they ship over half a million cases throughout the Eastern United States and handle over 45 specialty vegetable and fruit varieties. As Director of the WNY Food Hub, David helps small to medium size growers get their products to markets they were unable to in the past. Helping to develop & strengthen the relationship between WNY Growers & the multiple consumers looking for wholesome, locally grown produce is one of the most rewarding parts of his career.
