​Chris Hartman is founder and President of Headwater Food Hub, a NYS focus Food Hub based outside of Rochester NY. Headwater is a Certified B-Corp and is committed to developing a socially and environmentally sustainable food system for the Northeast Region. Headwater works with over 200 farmers and food producers and sells to individuals, restaurants, retailers, institutions, food manufacturers, and to other distribution partners. Chris, a Rochester native, has worked for more than 20 years as a farmer, a community organizer, an educator, and a social entrepreneur towards a better future food system for NYS.
